Thank you for making my first Swappa purchase a success. The seller did a good job communicating to me the shipment information and answering all my questions. The population of sales tax on final sale was a little unclear which had me searching another phone. (Maybe note -- sales tax takes a while to calculate so the buyer will know the final total will take a few minutes to download over into their cart.) My screen just went gray w/no explanation and did not populate into my cart immediately and being a first time buyer, I thought I had done something wrong or the item had been sold.) However, a shout out to the Swappa customer service as they were prompt in reaching out to me to research the issue. Meanwhile, I had accepted an offer on 2nd phone instead.
