Received the device just as described, overall great condition and functions properly with no issues. Considering the dead pixel spot I am satisfied with the purchase. One thing I did notice that was not mentioned in the description. The device does not have heptic feedback when typing, nor does the vibrate option work. I've checked all settings and updates, the settings show it is set on. Even when test there's no response. Possible the seller was unaware of this but luckily not a deal breaker.

This was a bad purchase. I wanted to buy a mint condition S22 device. The seller sold a fair condition (or worse) device as mint device. Feel that the seller AKAS Cellular tried to dupe. The seller said he would do a partial refund after flagging the issues with device. He did not even do the complete refund as agreed.

This seller has to review who they get their phones from. I'm currently in South Korea, and the local Samsung tech confirmed that the screen and battery are aftermarket. No where on the sale page stated that this was done. The residue they left behind "horrendous" and they had a terrible time cleaning it up. The phone was definitely not mint. The seller also stayed that they would reimburse me for sending it in to the shop here and still haven't received anything. Stay away from this seller.

The phone is as good as new, at ½ the price!

This phone is NOT the advertised model number.
The aftermarket screen doesn't meet oem specs as was advertised. It's an lcd with large bezels and poor color range instead a the bezel-free amoled like the original.
I am also seeing some charging irregularities possibly related to the aftermarket battery.
The seller did not help or even respond to me.
PayPal decided the claim in my favor, despite the seller's efforts.

Love the phone

Bought samsung galaxy s20 ultra about 2 months ago. 15 days after receiving the phone, it started restarting by itself and the battery is absolutely shot. Contacted seller, and they told me only had 7 days to swap and no warranty. All they told me was i could get a refund but pay a restock fee....on an item that was not "Mint condition and functional" as stated. Be weary when purchasing anything "refurbished" by this seller. I currently have a $300 paper weight seeing as the battery wont charge above 40% and dies completely within 10 minutes of taking the phone off the charger.

Wished it came with a charger. Next time I will check for that.
