Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the Swappa sales page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Business days) – Free
UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days) - Free
FedEx 2Day® (2 business days) – $20

We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO
We do not ship to freight forwarding!
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the United States.
Return & Refund Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be sent back in the original packaging if sold as new. Devices or products with iCloud, Samsung, Google, or any other accounts of that sort cannot be refunded or exchanged. Mobile phones and tablets must be restored to factory settings.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items, a 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New', and a 5% fee will be charged for order cancellations.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on the sale page of your transaction. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) are approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days.
