Item arrived as described and works great! My only complaint is that the seller didn't ship the item out on time and never communicated with me after I sent him two messages and Swappa asked him to respond. Ordered on the morning of the 13th, but didn't ship or respond with tracking # until the 18th.

The laptop is in an amazing condition, perfectly bubble-wrapped. It took a while to ship, BUT i understand we're all having issues as the coronavirus is out there causing chaos. Other than that, just be a little patient and youre golden.
