Unfortunately, the device IMEI could not be activated Verizon's network. This being the case, I'm not sure how it made it through Swappa's ESN checker to be approved for sale.
Regardless, the seller was very helpful and apologetic and promptly gave a full refund, including return shipping costs, to remedy the situation; they also arranged a replacement device.
I was very satisfied with the seller's promptness of communication.

Unfortunately, I was sold a S6 Active that I was told was like new and mint condition when in fact the waterproofing was faulty. The rugged build of this phone is why someone would buy it. My device didn't last a few seconds in less than a foot of water. I only had my device a few day and the seller won't help fix a faulty device they sold. I don't recommend this seller if you are looking for a S6 ACTIVE since they won't guarantee the features that make this device an Active series and not just a regular S6
