iphone arrived intact, luckily. It could have been packaged better (double boxed) as recommended for fragile electronics. Please consider doing that in the future.

This phone was supposed to be a Christmas present so he upgraded the shipping for free to get it to me by Christmas. Unfortunately we got a bad phone, but the seller was very kind in trying to solve the problem quickly. I bought another phone from him to replace the broken original and he upgraded the shipping for free on that one as well and I had my replacement in two days. He should be giving me a full refund including shipping since it wasn't my fault any day now.
