Phone was delivered and worked as advertised. Extremely poor communication. Purchased on Monday no communication until Thursday when I had to get a Swappa agent involved. Promised to ship on Saturday, no communication until Sunday when a shipping label was created. Phone was shipped on Monday, 8 days after the purchase. This was my first transaction with Swappa, I hope future transactions are better than this one.

Google locked phone could not activate,device was also in worst condition than stated .seller takes long to respond.was supposed to send label for return,but only sent empty link to USPS .0/10 do not recommend purchasing from this seller
