Shipping was prompt and product appears to be new as described, but packaging was poor and, upon taking the phone to the Apple store (brick and mortar) I discovered that the seller had either mistakenly or deliberately misinformed me as to the warranty end date (seller stated middle of September 2019, Apple stated July 2019 - a significant difference).

Phone came exactly as described, which included the plastic wrapping.

I asked if they could include accessories and an iPhone box (not the original, but good to have) and they obliged.

Quick shipping. The only bummer (and why I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5) was the phone wasn’t shipped in a box, but in one of those USPS envelopes without any bubble wrap protection. By the time I received it, there was a small hole in the envelope, but big enough that you were able to see the iPhone accessories inside. I’m not sure if this happened while it was being placed inside of my mailbox.

Luckily, everything seems to be fine. I’d likely buy from this seller again.

The hole isn’t the seller’s fault, but if it came in a larger box, this wouldn’t have happened. It’s just something to consider for the future.

Phone was as described, in good shape and works well. Super fast shipping! Seller accidentally mis-informed on the warranty date by a month, but they added a screen protector as a consolation and offered to take it back. Good seller to do business with.

Just everything's perfect until now. Fast shipping. I got the item as well as they described it.

Iphone X 256GB ($915USD) has only shipped in USPS envelop and one sheet of grocery store ad paper. I complained to the seller that there were scratches on the side bezel because of improper shipment. The seller insisted that the you have to take it as it and he shipped hundreds of phones like this. The seller is not the kind of person to spend a couple of cents more for a cardboard box or packing materials. Even for a $915 dollar phone. After shipping back the phone back after about a week, but first complaining to paypal forcing him to accept the phone back. He decided to take about a month after receiving his property back; to refund my money back. Do not buy from this seller, he doesn't care about your orders, will try to scam you, and will squat on your money just to spite you. This company is bitter and unprofessional; DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
