I bought a phone from Honorable Electronics and when I got the phone the speakers did not work. When I contacted the seller about it I was told that I should take it to apple myself and have it fixed. When I told the seller that I did not want to go to the trouble of fixing a phone that was advertised as having no issues he did say that I could return the phone but I would be charged the shipping and PayPal service fee. So, even though the phone was not in the advertised condition I was still forced to pay out of pocket to have the phone sent back. The seller claimed to have done an inspection prior to sending me the phone and everything what fine, implying that the issue was somehow my fault, even though the speakers didn’t work the same day I received it in the mail. Poor experience and customer service.
