Overall my experience was alright. This sale took a lot longer than I expected - over the course of about three weeks. A couple issues popped up throughout the duration of the sale. A few extra days were added when I could not submit my payment because the seller's PayPal account was not updated. I also experienced delays with the receipt of the Geek Squad protection that was included as one of the extras in this sale, but this was partially the fault of Best Buy for their inconsistent support. Throughout the entire process, the seller was very courteous and quick to respond to my questions. The seller also accommodated my request for express shipping when I was concerned about not receiving the phone before I left for vacation.

The device was received as expected, in very good condition and included all the accessories that were described. I am very happy with my new phone.
