iPhone 7 came in a thin envelope. The envelope had a gash in it. The glass panel was cracked in upper right corner. I needed a phone and had the screen replaced at my own expense. It was not worth the trouble of asking for a refund from Falken Mobile. I would suggest that they use a sturdier USPS bos for shipping. Of course, I will not purchase from Falken again.
