Slow to ship. Phone is good and works as listed

I wish I could give this seller zero stars. I purchased a specific phone based on the photos the seller posted. After payment, the seller messaged me: "Hi, IMEI number is 351288747341333, instead of 351544452944582. Please let me know if you are ok with that. The device is in open box condition. I'll get this dropped off first thing Monday morning." The phone I bought was listed as mint condition, so I naturally didn’t want to proceed. Before I could even respond, the seller shipped the phone anyway without my approval. I never received an apology, and my questions were ignored. Swappa staff also asked the seller to explain, and he ignored them as well. He even insisted on sending a return label only after I had already received the phone. If he had just apologized and issued a refund, I would’ve never left this review. But the total lack of communication and disregard for the process was unacceptable. Avoid this seller.

Item received promptly and as described!

The seller was mostly unresponsive to me regarding updates on the shipping. I had an issue because I got a tracking number pretty fast yet it didn't show that the postal service got the package until a good few days later.
