I am still giving this seller a very positive review despite product did not arrive to me (not this seller's fault, rather the fault of the UPS that seller used which lost the product). Seller kept me updated almost every day with detailed description as to all the time and effort seller was spending to follow up with UPS regarding the product, seller was very kind responsive and apologetic. Seller was prompt and reasonable in voiding my purchase and I got the refund in full and quick too, so respect and kudos to this seller = )
