Tablet is activated back on Verizon and all is well. I really like the Samsung case and keyboard. So many crappy aftermarket ones that always seem to have major flaws. Thanks a bunch. Oh and update your location so other buyers don't get leary like I did. ????

Seller was honest and straightforward, and item arrived as described. There was some confusion in communication with seller, and for a high dollar "top of the line" laptop the packaging was quite poor. All-in-all, I would still consider buying from this seller again, but with tempered expectations.
