Shipping was quick, but packaging was poor with no padding (although some blame is on the shipping company). Overall, would buy from again.

Seller was honest and straightforward, and item arrived as described. There was some confusion in communication with seller, and for a high dollar "top of the line" laptop the packaging was quite poor. All-in-all, I would still consider buying from this seller again, but with tempered expectations.
