Phone arrived in good condition and as advertised. There were some issues at first with shipment (might have been the tracking at USPS)but it did arrive promptly. I ordered on a Wednesday and it arrived the following Monday. I have not had any problems yet with the phone. I have been using it for two days, now.

The phone was in OK shape (not great), and the speaker grill highlights were loose/wobbly, which was not in the description (probably not one of the normal things to check out, so not a huge deal). Functionally the phone worked just fine.

The fact my wife dropped it and broke the screen 3 days later and now I need to get her a THIRD phone is my problem, not yours.

I received a phone with a dirty ESN. The seller responded very slowly during the process even though I was willing to exchange for something else rather than get a refund. I would not purchase from this seller again. It was shipped to me pretty fast though, and I guess that's worth one star. Lesson learned.
