the product came in the condition listed, with no damages. only reccomendation I can make is to use better packaging/box--the product came in a reused amazon box that was smashed and the cardboard was soft. Thankfully the product inside was not damaged.

Phone not usable. Huge time-sucking fiasco. Dereck responded immediately when my first payment didn't go through. Now that he owes me money, he quit responding. Beware that although Swappa has responded immediately to all of my concerns, and I mean within 5 minutes they message me back, they also require notification in writing from an authorized provider that the phone is not compatible or is non-functional, which can be a time consuming process. I walked into a Sprint store and bought a used iPhone in 30 minutes and with no hassle. I am wishing I had skipped Dereck and gone straight to Sprint! I was told both Swappa and Paypal are enough to safeguard your money. Neither will help me. Dereck officially has my money AND my phone. And now he quit responding to me.
