I either haven't used Swappa in a very long time or this was my very first time, and I was unsure of exactly how the transaction would unfold. I was blown away by this seller! The product was perfect and as described, and the shipping was much faster than my expectations. This is a top-notch A1 seller!

Item was shipped a day late (3 days vs the required 2) with no communication from seller. Item was listed as 'mint' but had significant scratches in multiple places. The seller pics were taken at an angle that specifically hid the scratches. After contacting the seller they responded after two days and offered to refund. This wasn't worth the hassle for me and I suggested a partial refund. They were not willing to compromise. Late shipping, poor communication, and incorrect listing. Not a great experience with this seller but the watch is functional.

Good communication, fast shipping. Laptop arrived not fully erased, but I was able to erase it myself and activate it. It would have been nice to mention in the listing that no power adapter was included. Laptop is in pristine condition.
