Got the black listed t-mobile phone after one month use. Try to get money back.

Shipping was very prompt, took me only 2 days to get my phone. No scratches to screen or back as stated. However phone had not been restored to factory settings, and still had everything on it from previous owner. Due to not having the Apple ID password, it was difficult to restore phone. Took me a trip to the AT&T store and a couple hours on the computer to finally be able to restore phone to factory settings.

Great device. No problems. Shipped promptly.
