Phone I purchased was NOT as described. It was not in "good" condition but poor, and it was not an AT&T phone, instead it was locked to a provider in the UK. Seller DID respond very quickly to my complaint and offered me a discount for the "poor" condition. I was going to accept it until I realized the phone was locked to a carrier outside of the U.S. Again, he responded quickly offering me a refund. However...

He said he would refund my money through PayPal. For some reason (maybe it was an accident) he cancelled the refund. It was a big hassle for me to get my money back. It was just one too many mistakes.

Tough transaction. Bought a phone that was advertised as a Verizon phone but I received it and it was actually and ATT phone. Took longer than I had hoped but the seller sent a return label and issued a refund. Honest seller with an honest mistake.

Device was shipped very quickly and was in the described condition. Unfortunately while it was listed as a Verizon device, the phone was locked to T-Mobile. I do not believe this was the fault of the seller tho, as the IMEI check on Swappa listed the device as a Verizon device. I returned the phone to the seller and he promptly offered me a refund. Even tho I didn't get the phone I wanted, I still had a positive experience with this seller.
