I have trouble with the phone while on calls...the mute button gets inadvertently pushed, outgoing calls are made, etc. The seller explained that it’s because the screen was replaced with a non-Apple screen (cost savings). He was SUPER willing to have me return it to him and he would repair it at his expense. The purpose of my rating is just to let Buyers know that this is potentially a common occurrence for these used phones. So consider what you’re really looking for!

Some pretty major scratches on the back, but other than that the sale went great!
