Although the LG G3 that I purchased had a slight yellow spot screen defect that wasn't mentioned in the posting, I was able to get an immediate refund within the next 3-4 days. The seller was very professional and quick with responding. The only thing I would suggest improving is the packaging of the shipment since it was more on the lower end.

Overall, I would still highly recommend this seller. 5 stars from me due to excellent customer service and communication.
