1 star is generous! Did not ship when promised and even when you did ship, you said it would be 2 day. Ordered it Sunday..didn't receive until Friday. Item not as described...kuddos for the awesome picture taking to hide the top left dent in the phone. The whole back cover of the iPhone is COVERED in scratches. Good thing it's for a 11 yr old and it's going in a case! And shipped in a small, single padded envelope. Really?? Who does that? ????
