Communication was extremely difficult throughout the process. The seller mistakenly sent a carrier-locked iPhone and promised to cover the return shipping costs to rectify the error. However, they failed to follow through on that promise. While I eventually received a refund for the device, I am still out the shipping fees. Proceed with caution.
