Had issues activating the device, would have appreciated more upfront help with the phone. When I encountered issues the seller's response was "That is 100% FALSE and and incorrect." Followed by some written evidence of why I was wrong, not super helpful that... I admit the phone did eventually work, honestly Verizon probably was more than half the issue so I can't say the seller is a untrustworthy seller, they could just work on their bedside manor a bit.
