Seller could have been a bit more forthright about this being a global GSM only variant, but feigned ignorance. Swappa’s technicalities regarding the definition of “unlocked” are in need of serious review given that TRULY unlocked means GSM AND CDMA. The iPad I received is only GSM unlocked. That should have been made clear.
