Quick shipment and item was exactly as described

Tim was prompt in shipping the phone but didn't take care in packaging the phone and I received it destroyed, at least it should of been bubble wrapped and marked fragile. I had to pay return shipping for his negligence- of course USPS damaged it but no attempt was made to prevent that, I did receive a prompt refund from him.

The seller was great at getting the phone to me in a short amount of time. The phone itself was in good shape, however I did notice that there was an image burned into the graphic screen. It seems like a text message and keyboard were on the screen for too long and that image was therefore burnt into the phone now.

Phone in overall good condition but was not advertised accurately. Was described as mint, but did have two tiny scratches. Also, the tool required to open sim card slot and sd card slot was not included and never mentioned missing in the auction.

UPDATE: Phone stopped working after 3 months. Yes it's been 3 months, but i'm stuck with a non working phone. Apparently even if you check IMEI with T-Mobile, it may show clean for the time, but it's not guaranteed to be in a month or 2 or however much after. I tried to get a refund abut was not successful. So my message is just be aware that just because it shows clean now does not mean it won't be blocked a month or more from now.
