Overall satisfied, very fast shipper, thanks. Only issue was the term fully functional. Rear Camera works but puts a water looking stain on all the pictures. Front facing camera works fine. Not unpleased, just think defect could of been disclosed.

The phone was exactly as promised and delivery was swift. It was a pleasure doing business.

Got exactly what I ordered and faster than expected.

The good: my mint condition device arrived promptly; there was a problem with my device and it has been replaced with what appears to be the same quality device, altho' it was only rated very good quality, rather than mint. (I could have rec'd a full refund but - as they were out of mint condition devices - chose to replace the device w/ lesser quality & receive a credit.)

The not-so-good: my mint condition device had a documented camera problem - ugh! The other challenge - and the reason for the ding in the rating - was that some of the subsequent communication went awry, as did the timing on the 2nd shipment. We lost two days in the communication process and 1-2 days with the 2nd shipment - which created a fair amount of stress due to a scheduled vacation. The phone did make it in time, but I had to spend hours of time right before my departure working like crazy to get the phone nominally set-up for my usage.

Despite the issues, I WOULD use Swappa again.
