Overall positive experience- the phone is in great shape, and I really appreciate that it came with a screen protector already on it. Drawbacks were that it came with 86% battery when listed at 87, and the phone wasn’t erased when i received it and i had to perform that extra step.

Horrible experience with seller. Seller purposefully did not properly photograph a very damaged screen on a sell phone. Received a terrible condition phone, seller refused to provide shipping label to process a return. Had to file a claim with paypal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
