Very Great, first iPhone have had.

It was a rocky unsuccessful sale, with the phone I received being not unlocked and not quite in mint condition. As I now had a non-functioning phone (and a useless activated SIM card that would not work in my old phone) I was stuck in a difficult situation.
I had a difficult time contacting the seller and because of this, had to file a dispute via PayPal. Unfortunately by the time we did make contact and the seller offered to send me a replacement, I ended up requiring a full refund as I had to place an order with another seller to ensure I did not incure further delays in being without a working cell phone. The contact we did have during this time post sale was very professional and the seller was very apologetic for the unsatisfactory merchandise and lack of prompt communication.
While these kinds of issues do not seem the norm for this seller, it was an unfortunate situation that I wish could have been avoided.

After the first device had an issue, the seller promptly and appropriately resolved the issue by replacing the device and provided a return shipping label. They responded to communication in a timely manner. I would buy from them again.
