The seller was responsive to my questions and the phone arrived quickly and seems to be in good working condition. I was not able to activate it on Ting because the SIM card had not been released from Sprint. After some effort spent with Sprint to no avail, Ting offered to send me a SIM card and I was able to activate the phone on Ting. The screen looks good, but there are a couple hairline cracks on the sides so that the front and back panels are not sealed as tight as they should be and come apart slightly when removing the phone from the case.

Update: The seller reimbursed me $10 for my trouble

Seller responded very well. The phone was listed as good, but screen scratches made it fair. The seller tried to make it right by offering to take the phone back or discount the phone. Asking him to discount a phone that sold at the low end of the scale is not reasonable. Unfortunately I had already activated the phone on FreedomPop and would lose the $20 startup fee. That and shipping cost to return it was not cost effective.
