Excellent. Looked like a new phone.

While the phone functions well, I wouldn't say it functions "flawlessly" as in the description. The camera housing and lens are partially damaged and there is debris under the lens cover which shows up as several splotches on all photos, something that must have been missed by the "expert technicians" that "tested" the device.. in the future, just point the camera at a light or a white screen to check for aberrations before you use the word "flawless" to describe the functioning of the device. The "BONUS" wall adapter for the charger doesn't work, so thanks for the garbage with the phone...Are you just off-loading a shipment of faulty chargers and calling them "BONUS"??? ...at least the cable works. Fortunately, I can fix the camera issues myself as it's slightly less annoying than having to return the device to the seller.

Phone showed up quickly and as described. Had a small issue that the battery cover wasn't fitting on properly but was able to get it to fit after cleaning out the snap fitting holes. Not enough of an issue to take away a star though, so 5 star rating.

Great seller. Fast shipping. Way better than having to pay the 700$ that Verizon wanted for this phone. Only complaint is the packaging could be a little better, it consisted of shredded paper and a bubble wrap sleeve, but the phone in the sleeve was in the bottom of the box with no paper underneath. But phone arrived in perfect condition with no signs of wear. Great seller.
