Returning phone. VZW will not activate phone because IMEI number on phone is blocked by them due to previous owner did not pay phone in full when he or she was paying for it installments. Gave it to my mom as a gift today under the impression something like this wouldn't happen but it was embarrassing explaining to them why VZW wouldn't activate it. Really disappointed. The phone is in awesome condition but basically useless.

Phone is in excellent condition with just some minor scratches on the screen, otherwise looks new. Went through the entire checklist and everything appears to be working. Shipping was Extremely fast (I appreciate that!). I also like the fact that the pictures in the description are the actual phone, so many other sellers don't post actual pictures and they lost my sale. I'm not going to buy a phone I cannot see pictures of first.
