The laptop was in very good condition, and delivered as described. Looking forward to many videos to be made on it.

The computer is NOT in mint condition. The keyboard is sticky and the "1" key doesn't work. There are two dings on the front. Still, the computer was cheaper than the rest of the listings so I'm just going to deal with it. But it was not sold as advertised.

I had paid for the phone already when the seller messaged me to say the phone had been sold elsewhere. It took three days for my refund to process. I understand things happen, but I was desperate for a new phone and already couldn't afford to wait any longer to get a new one.
