Having never used this site before, I was impressed by the expediency of delivery and the accuracy of the product's description as "mint." Unfortunately, due to a failure to deactivate certain security features prior to shipping, I was unable to use the device upon receipt. That said, Lance was very responsive to my notifications regarding the problem and went to a good deal of effort to resolve the issue, including driving approximately an hour to meet me near my place of work.

All in all, while this experience presented some undesirable inconveniences for all involved, Lance handled the situation promptly and effectively. Were I to buy a used device in future, I would certainly feel comfortable doing so from Lance.

Crazy fast shipping and everything was delivered as advertised. I'd buy again from Lance.
