Phone was exactly as described and was easily transferred from my old phone to this phone. Verizon SIM card also transferred with no issue and no need to contact Verizon. Easy. Thanks.

Phone was listed as having no scratches on the display that are visible when it is lit, this wasn't true as there was a thin scratch about half a centimeter long that can be seen when the screen is on. It is slightly distracting, but not a big enough deal to return the device.

Allan is patient and honest seller. Activating through Sprint is a process that is very annoying. The best way to activate a used phone is to call Sprint and then go to an official Corporate store for a new SIM card and have them activate it there.
