From the get go, the phone works great. The audio, speed, battery, and screen are in flawless condition. However, that doesn't conclude the outer shell that I read in the description for this phone.

Phones description: "Phone has some minor signs of wear around some edges and very a very minor scrap on the bottom left corner from a drop."

The phone has MANY chips and a variety of scratches on the back of the phone. I was shocked to see how many chips there are along the edges of the phone, especially near the screen. It seems as if this phone didn't have a protection case throughout its lifetime. There are also three small scratches on the camera bar. However these scratches are not ON the lens itself so I can take pictures without seeing a scratch.

Make sure you request loads of pictures before of the product you are purchasing before buying.
