The phone is in nearly mint condition. Seems much better than good. I took a couple days to play with the phone a bit and I absolutely love it. Item not as advertised. Phone was listed as unlocked, but it was carrier locked with Verizon. I contacted Verizon, but was informed that I could not unlock the phone since I am not a Verizon customer.

Good for the most part. Would have been even better if you mentioned the bootloader is unlocked, the phone cannot install OTA updates, and can't be factory reset through the settings menu.
