To begin the phone was shipped fast and was in excellent condition when received. All of that didn't matter though since the phone would not connect to the network or probably any network from them breaking through a google lock that was previously on this phone. Also the seller took a while to respond to message. Would never buy from this seller again. Was a complete waste of time.

The phone arrived in excellent condition; everything is completely functional. Seller even shipped it using priority mail 2-day, but it was delayed in transit after being shipped (not seller's fault).

Exactly as depicted

Works well. The order came in quick before travel.

First - printing label was printed, but no phone was delivered to USPS. That made it seem like the phone was shipping. I checked with USPS and they informed me that this is what happened. Replacement phone sent 20 days later. Envirotel was communicating OK. Then - phone had poor battery life, then all of a sudden, no communication. Then phone finally needed battery after 2 months. Repairman said inside was trashed with multiple screen and battery replacements and finally the connectors to the phone were damaged. Phone trashed. My feeling is that Envirotel DOES NOT run the phones through any testing and oversells phones to folks like me.

The iPhone had some serious issues with it's battery and all the ports needed to be cleaned badly before it allowed the earphone to work properly and the phone to charge fully. The battery was also at 73% efficiency so that needed to be replaced as well. Overall it was a good deal, just didn't work as good as expected.

I buy a lot of things online. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. 54 days after initial order I'm out almost $15 and have no phone. Got sent the wrong phone. Ended up paying the postage to return it. Got sent another phone that was broken. Returned phone then waited 6 days after seller received it for a refund. Took two interventions from Swappa to get through response lag times. Zero "stars"

The original phone sent was not AT&T compatible, so we had to return that phone and wait until the seller received it back before he would send out the correct phone. Through the seller’s error, we were forced to await about 2 more weeks for a phone we really needed. We were not pleased with this part of the process and would not use this seller again.
