Delivered On Time as Promised ????

The seller assured me he would ship by a certain date for 2 day shipping and than he lied saying he did ship it. He never did and swappa staff had to get involved for him to ship it which he did the next day. Only reason 2 stars is because it was only 2 days later than he said it should get here but only because he did 1 day shipping because of his lie. Phone came as described, would not reccomend this seller.

The sale took a little longer than what I would have liked but overall I am very satisfied with my swappa purchase from this seller. The price was the best I could find anywhere and I always shop around. I appreciate the apple case and charginging cable that was included even though the listing stated no accessories would be included.

Seller never shipped, stopped communicating.

After a delay with the USPS shipping service, the phone was finally delivered. It was well packed/packaged and arrived in exactly the condition as described by the seller. The phone set up just fine with my AT&T plan. I would have given a 5-star to the seller, except for the shipping fiasco, which wasn't technically his fault but the post-office, but it was his choice to use USPS mail. Anyway, I recommend this seller and would be happy to buy from him again.
