Excellent sale. Really extremely lightning fast shipping; got it in 2 days !! Great condition (except for a little belly button lint; hey it's a used phone; no problem cleaning it out.) I'm very satisfied with this seller and would be happy to do business again. I might be looking for a Republic Moto X for myself next time. This one was for a friend.

If I could leave no stars I would!!! Please don't spend your money on this sellers items. He is a crook!!!! I had a problem with the phone not turning on at all 4 months later almost going into 5 months. I let the seller know about the situation and he told me to send the phone back for a refund. All of a sudden the seller is claiming that the phone turns on but seems to be "bricked". Mind you before i sent the phone back to the seller I called LG and went through steps to try to get the device to power on. They also checked if the phone was rooted and it wasnt!!! Because if the phone was rooted LG would know and wouldn't be able to offer me a warrenty through them. IF by chance this seller got the phone to turn on (so the seller claims ) he replaced whatever needed replaced on my LG G4 and he more an likely tried to root the phone himself to make it look like I did it. Please don't buy from this seller!!!! He is a lair and a crook!!!! Don't waste your money on him.

Your Policy . it's quite apparent John A. the seller that I would not wait for him to fix for sprint also he forgets it did not have correct Sim card either. he shipped and I received and could not activate. I know you ask him to refund the$8.55 shipping charge. please note this is your policy if buyer receives and cannot activate upon receipt seller is to pay for return shipping or be suspended from swappa. Sold Me Phone I could not Use!!!

Device arrived in great shape. Quick shipping. All around great transaction.

Edit: Screen became unresponsive around February 7th. Power down and removed battery to fix the issues. Now it is happening more and more. Device was listed as MINT, but it is missing parts under the battery cover and has had a 3rd party screen replacement. Device is not MINT, missing some parts and stripped screws that hold in screen under battery cover.

This review is mixed. I received exactly what I paid for and more (compensation for transaction delays). I am pleased with my purchase and have no negatives regarding the sellers product or final delivery.

That being said, there was more than one instance of extended delays to complete the transaction, leaving me inconvenienced for weeks. The first was that the seller sent me the incorrect phone, which had to be returned before the correct phone was sent. The second regarded reimbursement for shipping costs which was also delayed. The seller provided a gesture of good faith by throwing in a protective case. The seller also paid for a fraction of the return shipping.

I might use this seller again if the price point were right, but I would be cautious on setting my receipt expectations.

The phone was described as in "good" condition, but when I received it, the mic did not work. This appears to be a hardware issue, as I have had several people go through the phone's settings to make sure everything is right. Despite trying to contact the seller via Swappa and PayPal, I received no answer and was forced to request a refund. The phone is useless to me without a mic.
However, after all of this, the seller finally responded, saying he had not received the messages and offering a refund, which he gave.

Shipping time was surprisingly quick. Set up was pretty straight forward (I wasn't switching providers). Had a strange thing happen where my apps were erased from main screen and replaced with the original ones. Other than that, so far so good. Would definitely recommend seller at this time.

Pretty disappointed with the device as it was pretty beat up, scraped and scratched up. Also, it had oil or grease on the front, back and inside the back cover & under the battery. Luckily, it seems to work so far but definitely not worth the $99 I paid for it. He said it was in "great" shape but I'm not sure it is even in fair shape with the condition it arrived in. I don't think I will buy anything else from 'Swappa' if its sellers are going to be misrepresenting their devices like this.

The phone was delivered promptly and works well. However, the front camera has what looks to be like some water damage that fogs out pictures a bit and there is a slight scratch on the screen that you can seen when it is completely black. Overall, a pretty good phone for the price.

Seller was prompt and provided a quality device. Ting users should all check with the Ting site ESN checker before thinking a clean ESN on Swappa is a usable device for Ting.

Terrible service. Phone's aftermarket screen was not glued on correctly and had dust under the screen. Overall bad seller will not buy from him ever again. Listen up people, cheap isn't always the best option
