The condition of the iPhone was much worse than described. It was listed as “mint” but there were many small scratches, dents, dust build-up, and yellow gunk in the charging port. We settled on a partial refund. But later I discovered the phone was locked, even though the listing said unlocked. The seller didn’t respond when I asked which provider it was locked to, making it impossible for me to unlock, and rendering the iPhone useless for normal usage.
