Communication was decent, and phone was shipped quick, but had to return phone as it was showing as financed through Sprint. Per swappa policy, in situations like this the seller is supposed to refund the shipping buyer has to pay. Instead, $10 was deducted from what I originally paid, on top of the $10 I paid to send it back.
