This was my first time buying a used phone online so naturally I was nervous, but a friend recommended Swappa and said it worked great for them so I went for it and I'm totally pleased! The seller shipped the phone to me really promptly and it arrived about two days later exactly on time. I inspected the phone and frankly it looks basically brand new, which is fantastic as I was prepared for some more noticeable scratches or what not. I've updated the phone and installed all my usual apps, been using it for a day and it seems to work perfectly so I am a happy customer. :-D
