The battery is not staying charged properly. However, the seller, along with Swappa staff are going above and beyond to try to correct the issue! Currently in the process of getting a refund (and he even offered to allow my daughter to keep the phone upon the issuing of a refund ) and am very pleased with how it’s going so far.
