Phone as advertised; GREAT condition! Communication could use some improvement, such as providing a tracking number within 24-48 hours of sale. Or at least notifying buyer of the intent to ship. Three days passed before any response from seller indicating acknowledgment of purchase and/or that the item had shipped. Could be due to communication lag of Swappa auto-generated emails to seller as claimed by seller; i.e. seller "was not informed" that I had left a comment on the private sale page asking for tracking info. That said, I did receive the phone in 4 days and it's working flawlessly so far (have been using it heavily for 3 days and has passed all tests suggested by Swappa).

I received the phone late Saturday good old USPS two days late after they sent it to mass. instead of northern NY. All is good just as stated by the seller. Thanks
