Good and communicative seller

The seller claimed that "I have a mint 1 month old Surface Laptop 2 F/S" but actually he bought the laptop as a used one a month ago. The laptop has been used for more than 10 months and has only less than two months warranty left. Obviously, his description of the laptop misled buyers.
