I purchased this phone for my son as a xmas gift in December but didn't allow him to use it until feb/march within days of using the phone the screen had a glitch eventually it shut off and wouldn't turn back on, I contacted the seller and he wouldn't issue a refund or exchange. I took it to a company to get it fixed and they told me that the phone is completely unrepairable. So basically I lost out on $300+ dollars. Never again!

Phone was not as advertised, battery was malfunctioning to the point where the phone became unusable. I then had to return the phone at my expense. Communication and shipping, however, were prompt and efficient. I would hope a seller this professional would do a better job screening their product and going to greater lengths to ensure satisfaction of a customer.
