Phone was shipped and delivered extremely fast and effeciently. Physically the phone is in good condition as described with the exception of some moderate screen burn-in on the top and bottom of the display (status bar and navigation bar). I did have significant issues activating the phone but seller was quick to respond and sought resolution with his carrier in less than 48hrs.
