Phone in excellent brand new condition but I got a phone call from Verizon saying phone was stolen off a truck heading to Verizon store...not sure what this was about...

This phone was a gift for one of my children and they love it. No problems, as described -- perfect! Arrived on time and in the condition advertised. Activated thgout carrier and have no problems with it. Have been using for 2 months now without any issue.

It was not fast shipping at all. It took over 2 weeks to get the right item. He sent the wrong device to begin with. Which i get it was a mistake. But he paid for 2 day shipping and it took way more than that which means he didn’t ship the item when he said he did which made me super irritated and frustrated. He was also extremely hard to work with and I would never buy from him again.

Phone is Blocked (Blacklisted) Will not function on Network originally intended to work on. This is very frustrating as I thought we had a good sale completed and the device a week and a half after began to malfunction and stopped abruptly only for me to find out directly from T-Mobile that it is blocked.

I am waiting on seller feedback to remedy this situation until then this has been nothing short of frustrating as I’m out a lot of money.
